You must email SCM Logistics at [email protected] with your order number, the desired delivery date, and place Emergency Order as the subject matter. Logistics will be in contact with you by 2 p.m.
Note: All orders are filled based on availability and in the order received.
Compressed Gas Handling: For patient safety and research quality control, SCM Logistics does not handle the connection or disconnection of gas cylinders. For these tasks, please contact your department’s designated lab personnel or your Material Management team.
Empty cylinder pickup
SCM Logistics provides complimentary pick-up of empty gas cylinders from the original delivery location. Any disconnected and clearly marked “Empty” compressed gas cylinders will be automatically collected during your next gas delivery.
If you have an empty cylinder in your inventory without an upcoming gas order that you would like to return, please submit a service ticket or email [email protected] to arrange a pick-up. In your request, include the location (Building and Room Number) of the empty cylinder and the inventory barcode from the SCM Logistics delivery label.
