Amazon Business Catalog Moving to MyMarketplace July 1

The Amazon Business punch-out catalog will transition to the MyMarketplace shopping experience.

The Amazon Business punchout catalog in BearBuy will no longer be available after Friday, June 26. Beginning Wednesday, July 1, the catalog will be available in the MyMarketplace punchout, which can only be accessed through BearBuy.

To support this transition, the Amazon Business punchout will be unavailable from Friday, June 26, at 6 p.m. through Monday, July 1, at 8 a.m. To avoid delays, please submit Amazon Business orders before the transition period begins.

The Amazon Business Procurement Card (P-Card) group is not affected by this transition and is available from June 26 through July 1 for your purchasing needs.

What You Need to Know

  • All Amazon Business orders must be fully approved and transmitted to Amazon Business by 6 p.m. on Friday, June 26.
  • Any orders that remain in process and are still awaiting approval after 6 p.m. on Friday, June 26, will be canceled.
  • Users with canceled orders will need to create and submit a new order once the Amazon Business catalog becomes available in MyMarketplace on July 1.
  • Customers will not lose any of their purchase history because of the change.

MyMarketplace provides a streamlined shopping experience, making it easier to search for products, compare options, and complete purchases.

Supply Chain Management recognizes that this change may temporarily affect procurement activities and appreciates your patience during the transition. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the SCM Response Team.
