Connexxus Travel Agency Holiday Support

Learn about important information on Connexxus travel agency support during the upcoming 2023 holiday schedule.

BCD Travel – During the holiday period, BCD will be lightly staffed, but emergency/after-hours support line (1-877-885-8632) will be available (after-hours fees will apply). The online tools in Connexxus will also continue to be available.

UC Travel Center – The UCTC will be closed from Saturday, December 23 through Tuesday, January 2. Normal operations will resume on Wednesday, January 3.

Note the following:

  • For travel emergencies, contact the emergency support line at (310) 206-2639 (option 2). An after-hours service fee will apply.
  • Starting Friday, December 22, through Tuesday, January 2, UCTC’s Concur Online Booking tool will not accept new air reservations. Hotel-only and car-only bookings will be accepted.
  • The Concur/Express system will be available; however, transactions will not be centrally reviewed or processed.
