SCM Services Start for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland on July 6
Effective July 6, 2025, UCSF Supply Chain Management (SCM) will provide business expense and travel support to all UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland employees. SCM ensures that all UCSF expenses comply with University of California (UC), state, and federal policies.

How SCM Supports You
Expense Reimbursement
Submit and approve expense reports using MyExpense, UCSF’s centralized expense reporting system. Access it at MyExpense (MyAccess required).
- Please remember that expense reports should be submitted within 45 days after the completion of the trip or last purchase date. When a trip lasts more than 90 days, a quarterly report is required. Employee reimbursement requests submitted after 60 days will be reported as taxable income. Learn more at Reimbursement Deadline.
Procurement Cards (P-Card)
SCM manages UCSF-issued P-Cards that enable departments to easily make business-related purchases. Learn more about P-Cards.
Travel
Book business travel using the UC Connexxus system for access to UC-contracted rates. SCM ensures travel-related expenses are policy-compliant. View more at Travel.
Meetings & Entertainment
