We are excited to announce two new catalogs coming soon to BearBuy: Cell Culture Collective, a small business offering biological products and reagents; and Twist Bioscience, a creator of innovative methods of DNA production. The hosted catalogs are in process, and the go-live dates will be announced in upcoming communications. 

Cell Culture Collective 

The Strategic Sourcing team at UCSF finalized an agreement with Cell Culture Collective, which is a small and women- owned business offering biological products and reagents, including animal and human biologicals (such as serum, albumin, and protein fractions), serum-free reagents, growth factors, and NEST® laboratory and bioprocess consumables. The contract is M07252025NN in BearBuy. 

Twist Bioscience 

There is now a University of California (UC) systemwide agreement with Twist Bioscience. All UCSF orders will begin receiving a discounted rate--effective immediately. The discount will be reflected on the quote from Twist Bioscience. Contract # 2024004306 will automatically link to the purchase order in BearBuy. Twist Bioscience will honor the discount before the catalog is live; the user needs to link the contract number on their requisition.
