Procurement Card Policy and Overview Training

This course provides an overview and details of important UCSF Procurement Card (P-Card) policies, responsibilities and procedures. This training is required for new P-Card participants (designated cardholders and reviewers/approvers) to ensure an understanding of roles and responsibilities and compliance with policies and guidelines and existing P-Card participants for annual required refresher training.

To access the P-Card eCourse:

  1. At the UC Learning Center, type in your UCSF employee ID and click the Login button.
  2. Type P-Card in the Search text field and click the Go button.
  3. Select P-Card Overview and Policy Training eCourse under the Activity Name column.
  4. Click the Start button.


Go directly to the eCourse:

  1. Type in your UCSF employee ID and click the Login button.
  2. Click the Start button.

Computer requirements

  • Computer speakers or headsets if working in an open/shared workspace
  • PC users:
    • Use IE 6, 7 or 8, Firefox 3.0 - 3.6
  • MAC users:
    • If using OS X (10.4), use Firefox 3.0, Safari 3.0
    • If using OS X (10.5) Leopard, use Firefox 3.0, Safari 3.1.2

NOTE: Using browsers and operating systems outside these requirements may cause the following problems:

  • May not launch
  • eCourse may not complete
  • May cause the browser to stall or crash
  • May display incomplete pages
  • Will not navigate properly
