The UCSF Certified Small and Diverse Supplier list in BearBuy has been updated with format recommendations from frequent shoppers. The list is a Smartsheet document and can be accessed under the supplier diversity section of BearBuy (image to the right). Use of the list requires MyAccess credentials.

The list is comprised of small and diverse suppliers that campus departments have used in the last year. You can now look up suppliers in the list by their supplier number in BearBuy using the browse by supplier feature or the non-catalog form or advance search. The filter to search by supplier name, goods, service description, commodity/category type, or business diversity certification type have not been changed. Once you find and select a supplier, enter the supplier’s name into your BearBuy requisition to move forward with a purchase.
