The installation team at One Workplace are experts in furniture systems. They can install either newly purchased products, or existing pieces UCSF would like to relocate. Whether UCSF job site requires union or non-union workers, OWP can accommodate your needs. One Workplace has an outstanding industry reputation for installation services thanks to the proven processes we follow. The planning phase of installation begins long before the product arrives.

Installation services provided to UCSF at no cost:
Members of the One Workplace team are available for initial consultative conversations regarding Installation scope & services. Team members can provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgets for this service.
Pricing terms for additional Installation services available at a cost:
One Workplace will provide proposals for all installation projects In excess of $1,000 in labor based on the hourly rates below.
All rates provided at Prevailing wage per UCSF requirements. All prevailing wage rates increase annually by $1.49 per hour based on the requirements from the State of California Modular Carpentry guidelines. The rate increase will be effective annually on September 1 of the calendar year.
All time for OWP Installation professionals is billable. Billable time begins as soon as project work commences, immediately after budgetary conversations are complete. These services can be proposed on a project basis or billed actual, depending on project scope.
Costs for this service are only incurred as outlined in an approved quotation, proposal or other official agreement between UCSF and Workplace. UCSF staff will be made aware that time, product or services are billable prior to commencement of work.

*Standard Rate working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Overtime rates begin after 8 hours and double time after 12 hours – Friday-Saturday is OT rates. Sunday is DT rates.
