National and International Dealer Services

One Workplace has a proven, detailed process to ensure you receive consistent, quality service across the United States, and around the world. Our partner dealers must meet demanding, exact standards to be part of our global services network.

The Process

  •  First, a qualified Global Services dealer partner Is Identified near UCSF's new workspace and briefed on the pending project. Then, a One Workplace Sales Executive will work with UCSF to coordinate all aspects of the project including delivery, installation, troubleshooting and invoicing process, besides space planning, specification and the selection of the right products for your new workspace outside of the Bay Area.
  • Working together, your local and national team plan out a schedule of delivery and installation dates.
  • Product is delivered to your new worksite by the Global Services dealer partner, and inspected for damage, complete-ness and accuracy.
  • Installation of the new furniture happens on schedule, including furniture placement and adjustment. All packaging refuse is removed.
  • The dealer partner and client conduct a post installation walk-through, and identify any desired changes or additions to the project.

Pricing

National and International Dealer services provided to UCSF at no cost: 
Members of the One Workplace and Steelcase team are available for initial consultative conversations regarding National & International Dealer scope & services. OWP and Steelcase can also provide product recommendations and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgets for these services.

Pricing terms for additional National & International Dealer services available at a cost: All National & International Dealer services provided are billable at market rates. Proposals will be provided by members of the One Workplace and Steelcase Network team.

Costs for this service are only incurred as outlined in an approved quotation, proposal or other official agreement between UCSF and Workplace. UCSF staff will be made aware that time, product or services are billable prior to commencement of work.
