Concur System Upgrades Coming to Connexxus

Concur (the supplier of Connexxus systems UC Travel Center and BCD Travel)* will be releasing a new user interface (UI) by the end of the year and possibly into the new year. While preparing for the UI update, Concur is also integrating enhancements and upgraded security features. All of these updates will allow for a more user-friendly, secure, and stable user experience.

During this migration period, you can expect interruptions on the travel systems. These interruptions can make it difficult to access Concur or to complete a booking successfully. If repeated attempts to access Concur or to complete a booking are unsuccessful, users can opt to contact our UC preferred travel agencies directly. *Concur also supplies our reimbursement system, MyExpense. The UI updates and outages mentioned above will only impact travel systems via Connexxus.
