She revealed how cutting-edge payment solutions are streamlining our accounts payable process, slashing operating costs, and eliminating cumbersome paper-based procedures. Putting Contracts in Their Place

Susan Riddle recapped how the SCM Strategic Procurement team embarked on a transformative project aimed at standardizing local contract storage and management. Utilizing Lean project methodologies, Susan led the project. The initiative has led to a more than 400% increase in local contract entries and has raised UCSF’s spend under contract metric from 25 percent to over 50 percent, significantly enhancing visibility and compliance across UCSF’s procurement activities.
