Information on how to create a Logistics account.

Getting started with Logistics is easy

You will need a UCSF Logistics Online Warehouse account to conduct the following business transactions:

Purchasing 

  • Medical Gas or Alcohol
  • Gases for Use in Research

Storage

  • Long-term record storage
  • Short-term equipment storage

Equipment

  • Receiving and storing
  • Delivery and Installation of equipment
  • Pickup and resale of Capital Asset Surplus

Labor Services

  • Departmental moves

New UCSF Logistics Online Warehouse account requests, and updates to existing accounts (change of name, address, title, department) are handled through our support ticketing system. Once you have UCSF Logistics Online Warehouse account, you can request services and get reporting directly.

 

Update your MyAccess applications list to include the UCSF Logistics Online Warehouse for easy future logins.

Multiple Department IDs or Cost Centers

If you need to have multiple departments or cost-centers on your profile, please open a support ticket which identifies your current profile and the additional departments/cost-centers you wish to add. Once the additional departments/cost centers are attached to your profile, you will need to toggle between them when making requests or viewing reports.
