UC Travel Center – The UCTC will be closed after 5 p.m. (PST) on Friday, December 20, 2024, and will reopen at 8 a.m. (PST) on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Note the following:

• Email is not monitored during our campus winter closure period with responses to resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025. 
• For emergency travel assistance when calling within the United States, please call (310) 206-2639 or (800) 235-8252 and press 2.
• For Emergency Travel Assistance, when calling outside the United States, call the phone number of the country you are calling from, which is listed at the bottom of your UCTC itinerary.
• Concur Online Booking Tools will not accept new air travel reservations after 5 p.m. (PST) on Thursday, December 19, 2024. Air travel booking capabilities will be restored at 8 a.m. (PST) on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Only hotel and car rental reservations can be booked online.
