In conjunction with UCSF Project ECHO, which will create a unified digital experience across all UCSF web properties, Supply Chain has relaunched our website. Moving from our current platform on Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 is a big move in terms of technology, function, and accessibility.  

Site visitors will continue to have access to all the content covered on our retiring website, in a refreshed and simplified new layout. Visitors will find improved readability, simplified navigation, and more intuitive content sections. 

Experts in all Supply Chain departments have been reviewing the new site to ensure content is complete and updated.

What Changed?

Most notably, you will see that our handy SCM Response Team side bar has moved to the top navigation ribbon. Now located on the top-right corner, just click "Support" on any page and select either UCSF Community (for internal UCSF users) or External (for suppliers) to reach the intake form and submit a ticket to the SCM Response Team for expert help.

What Now?

SCM will continue to develop content strategies to provide you with useful information. You can expect more resources, programs, and enhancements from SCM as we learn more about your needs.
