The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Response External Supplier Support form URL has been updated to the following:

https://ucsf.service-now.com/ucsfit?id=ucsf_public_scm_to_inc

This change will only impact external form users. Campus and Health community members with MyAccess credentials will continue to access the SCM Response Internal Support form. 

The old URL https://ucsf.service-now.com/ess/scm-supplier will be deactivated and inaccessible starting May 1, 2025. 

We encourage staff to begin using and distributing the new URL to your suppliers before the deactivation date.

What You Need to Do

1. Update Bookmarks: If you have bookmarked the URL, please update it to the new one.
2. Update Links: If you have any links on your website, emails, or within documents that point to the old URL, please replace them with the new link.
3. Update email signature and templates: If you use this URL in any email templates or signatures, please make the necessary changes ahead of the deadline.
4. Alert your suppliers of the update: To prevent service disruptions, please alert your suppliers of the new URL and encourage them to bookmark the new link.
