Suvoda is migrating active Greenphire user accounts to the Suvoda Product Launchpad. Beginning August 18, affected users will receive account migration emails directly from Suvoda based on their user role. The account migration schedule is as follows: 

What You Need to Know

During the applicable migration period and depending on your role(s), you will receive two emails from [email protected] with the information needed to set up your Suvoda account and log in for the first time. Please do not mark email messages from [email protected] as spam.  

• The emails will include step-by-step instructions to complete your account migration.
• Suvoda will send reminder emails until your account migration is completed.
• Migration links expire 48 hours after they are sent. If your link expires, follow the instructions in the email to request a new link.
• Existing Greenphire URLs and credentials will continue to work following the migration until Suvoda transitions users to the new login process.
• In late Q3 2026, existing URLs will redirect users to login.suvoda.com, and Suvoda login credentials must be used.
