Supply Chain Management has updated the process for enabling existing (legacy, non-Graphite) suppliers for purchase order (PO) ordering in BearBuy.  

Existing suppliers that were established before the implementation of Graphite Connect may not have completed the current supplier registration process. If an existing supplier has a STOP sign in BearBuy, the supplier must now complete registration in Graphite Connect to be enabled for PO ordering.  

If you need to do business with an existing supplier that has a stop sign in BearBuy, departments should invite the supplier to register in Graphite Connect. See the Graphite Connect Department Guide for instructions on sending an invitation to the supplier to register.
