UCSF’s Greenphire ClinCard Beta Program continues to grow, enhancing efficiency and support for research teams and participants. As of February 3, 2025, the program has:50 studies active with 125 UCSF employees using the ClinCard portalProcessed 1,435 payments to 908 unique participantsDistributed 2,417 physical ClinCards and 690 virtual cardsA recent customer satisfaction survey highlighted a few key takeaways: the ClinCard system is a valuable and reliable payment method and Supply Chain Management administrative support meets user needs. Recent successes include transition of legacy studies (reducing licensing costs), improved budget controls, and streamlined change order requests.
