OWP also understands that sustainability is a key priority for UCSF. Both One Workplace and Steelcase have experts on-staff who will work with UCSF stakeholders to establish guidelines for sustainable practices and procurement for items provided under this agreement.

Environmental services provided to UCSF at no cost:
One Workplace and Steelcase Account Managers can provide all available sustainability material information for items provided by our organizations. These team members are also available to meet with project teams to discuss and understand sustainability requirements for projects and recommend services available through our companies.
Pricing terms for additional Environmental services available at a cost:
One Workplace has a sustainability specialist on retainer for strategic sustainability services including LEED consulting and documentation and Redlist consulting, development and documentation.
All time for OWP sustainability professionals is billable. Billable time begins as soon as project work commences, immediately after budgetary conversations are complete. Billable sustainability services include travel from OWP locations to and from meetings, project meetings & calls and documentation time. These services can be proposed on a project basis or billed actual, depending on project scope.
Costs for this service are only incurred as outlined in an approved quotation, proposal or other official agreement between UCSF and Workplace. UCSF staff will be made aware that time, product or services are billable prior to commencement of work.
