One Workplace partners with several local partners to bring UCSF environmentally sound fiber cleaning and protection options. With OWP repair and refinishing service, you will have the smart, cost-savings advantage of reusing existing inventory.

Furniture Cleaning

 OWP offers fabric cleaning and stain removal services. OWP utilizes a commercial grade CFR machine and use CFR industry leading cleaning supplies. This cleaning system removes accumulated residue left by traditional cleaning methods.

Furniture Protection 

OWP offers the Ultra-Guard environmentally safe fiber protection system. Ultra-Guard offers nationwide professional fabric and furniture stain protection including sun and UV protection, and stain remover spray for upholstery, carpet, curtains, leather and suede The advanced furniture protector formula, chemically bonds with the fabric creating permanent protection against spills, stains, soiling and fading associated with pet stains, grass stains, blood stains, food and beverage and other stains. Guaranteed to be permanent protection even after professional cleaning that includes a (5) year warranty.

Furniture Repairs

 OWP can provide on-site refurbishment services, including touch-ups to repair scratches, dents and wood discoloration.

Pricing

Furniture Care services provided to UCSF at no cost: 
Members of the One Workplace team are available for initial consultative conversations regarding Furniture Care scope & services. OWP can also provide product recommendations and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgets for these services.

Pricing terms for additional Furniture Care services available at a cost: 
Costs for this service are only incurred as outlined in an approved quotation, proposal or other official agreement between UCSF and Workplace. UCSF staff will be made aware that time, product or services are billable prior to commencement of work. 

• All customer site cleaning - $425 minimum during regular hours (Monday-Friday)
• $515 minimum order during overtime hours (Saturday-Sunday only) (This is not in addition to costs outlined below)
• Cleaning services done on overtime: add 40 percent to the per piece rate provided.
• Cleaning services on an hourly basis: $106.50 per hour (includes to/from OWP drive time)
• Our onsite pricing covers areas within a (5O) miles radius from our Santa Clara office. Services provided outside of this radius are subject to additional charges
