Avoid Sending or Receiving Personal Packages

During the busy holiday season, you might be tempted to have personal packages delivered to your campus location. This practice is not only prohibited by University policy, but puts an extra burden on Supply Chain Management (SCM) Logistics’ staff. This year, the increased holiday volume is compounded by additional handling of UPS deliveries affected by the ongoing strike.

While Logistics is working hard to process and deliver your packages as quickly as possible, please understand that during this time there may be some delays. The University also is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal packages should you decide to have items delivered to campus.

Locating a Package

If you’re wondering where your package might be, for your own safety and to protect our Logistics’ staff, please do not go to loading docks/staging areas. You can check on the status of your packages through our online UCSF Logistics Utility package tracking. Just follow the simple instructions found here.

We thank you for your cooperation with our efforts.
