Submit Year-End Requisitions and Change Order Requests Early

During the holiday season and with the ongoing pandemic, many offices – including Supply Chain Management (SCM), our campus partners and suppliers – have reduced staffing. To help ensure smooth processing of purchase orders and requests that need to be completed by the end of December 2021, SCM is asking customers to submit and approve requisitions, lien removals or chartfield changes as soon as possible.

While SCM will make our best effort to process requisitions by the end of the year, please be aware that processing will take longer with our limited staffing.
