Temporary Changes to Access Online User Alerts

U.S. Bank Access Online migrated to a new alert distribution platform on December 13. As a result, you may experience temporary disruptions over the next several weeks. Impacted alerts include:

  • Fraud alerts
  • Mobile wallet alerts
  • Activity alerts

This change does not affect any other types of notifications you receive through Access Online – please review the attached overview document to see the full list of affected and unaffected communications.
