The UCSF Anchor Institution Mission and the University of California (UC) will host a Systemwide Anchor Institution Mission Summit on Thursday, September 28, from 9 a.m. to 12:30p.m. Learn about anchor strategies at UC campuses and join discussions on how we align toward a strategy that further strengthens the UC system’s ability to promote economic equity and address social drivers of health and health equity through hiring, purchasing, and community investment.

Featured topics will include:

• The Anchor Journey: Learn about the unique anchor mission journeys of UCSF, UCLA, and UC Davis.
• Community Investment Panel: Gain valuable insights into the community investment work at UCSF and UCLA.
• Procurement Panel: Dive into how supply chain management and procurement support campus-specific and system-wide diversity goals.
