The Supply Chain Management (SCM) COVID Store was created in June of 2020 to bridge the supply chain disruptions labs experienced trying to procure personal protective equipment (PPE). The store has benefited the UCSF community during PPE supply shortages due to our ability to get the attention of suppliers. Because of the strong partnerships built by SCM, suppliers regularly alert us when inventory becomes available allowing us to place large orders to prevent increase shortage.

In addition to PPE, the SCM COVID Store is now stocking lab plastics to help UCSF overcome the severe backorders that have crippled research efforts in the past year. A list of items we stock is available on the table to the right.
