UCSF’s new chemical management program, ChemCentral, which launched this fall, is now available in BearBuy. Researchers in the Weill Neurosciences building can purchase chemicals through the ChemCentral link located at the top of the BearBuy home page.

The program provides onsite access to frequently used chemicals, allowing for easier and faster purchase and more accurate inventory management while reducing the administrative burden for researchers. Chemicals purchased through ChemCentral are delivered within four hours of purchase during regular working hours, or can picked up directly from the stockroom any time, 24/7.

Note: This program is currently only available to those located in the Weill building. Stay tuned for additional locations opening next year.
